Constitution of the Republic of Free Citizens

Ukraine needs more than a new version of its Constitution.

It needs a new social contract.

The Constitution of the Republic of Free Citizens is Yurii Miroshnychenko’s original constitutional project. It proposes a model of a modern Ukrainian state based on individual freedom, the rule of law, strong local communities, protected private property, and government accountable to citizens.

This section will gradually include:

• the 12 principles of the Republic of Free Citizens;
• the draft Constitution;
• explanations of individual provisions;
• analytical articles;
• materials for public discussion.

This section is an open platform for shaping a modern model of the Ukrainian Republic.
