Protection of the most unprotected groups of the population should be a priority in the state budget!
This was emphasized by the People’s Deputy of Ukraine Yuriy Miroshnychenko in a live broadcast of the TV channel “Nash”. He stressed that all the parties voting for the adoption of the budget can not call themselves opposition and should be responsible for their decisions before the people. After all, the Budget of 2019, the most vulnerable strata of the population will bypass the party:
“Those factions that vote for the budget and for the appointment of staff are de facto power. Whatever they called themselves on the air, no matter how much they criticized what is happening in the country, in fact, the budget itself determines what will happen next year. And if the party voted, then it took part in creating what will happen in the country “, – said the parliamentarian.
“Social spending is raised, for example, by 5%, and inflation is 7.4%. We see that, in fact, in the lives of people, we will not receive improvement but deterioration of the situation. Changing the balance, with the priority of supporting the most vulnerable segments of the population who are now in greatest distress, in favor of security officials. I understand that there is a need for the armed forces. Of course, we must help and strengthen the defense capability, “the lawyer said.
Yuri Miroshnychenko pointed out that the 2019 Budget should be aimed at protecting the most vulnerable groups of the population, and not on a number of law enforcement agencies that perform police functions, but also perform them improperly: “I work in the Committee on Legislative Support law enforcement and we have horrible statistics on these issues. And we give them more and more money. ”
“This can not be supported by our party, and the more so, it is not the budget expected by our country. Such a budget should include investment in the quality of staff, support for the most unprotected groups of the population, creating an attractive investment climate and creating new jobs. Unfortunately, this is not all in the budget “, – summed up Yuri Miroshnychenko.
