“I believe that the budget will be approved. The current government is mobilizing its forces to approve it. But the submitted draft budget is the budget for eating. He is not strategic. After all, what is the budget? This is the creation of certain trends and trends for the next year. Funds are either invested in the future or are spent. Yuri Miroshnichenko noted that the opposition forces were not involved in the process of treating the proposals to the budget either at the stage of budgeting, or at the stage of consideration in the Parliament: “The vast majority of our amendments are not taken into account. I, for example, made four very important amendments to Odessa and other areas. As head of the profile committee of the penitentiary system, he made corrections from the Ministry of Justice concerning the penitentiary system, which is now in a terrible state. Unfortunately, it’s impossible to say that the opposition today has an influence and can properly protect the interests of its voters. ”

The parliamentarist stressed that he did not support the idea that debts had been accumulated by previous governments. According to Yuriy Miroshnichenko, the vast majority of loans were taken in recent years, and the burden of today’s government loans is now to serve the Ukrainian budget.
