Voting for the extension of the moratorium on the sale of land – we will actualize the position of our voters!

This is what the People’s Deputy of Ukraine Yuri Miroshnychenko commented on, a question regarding the moratorium on land sales, a journalist of Channel 4 channel on the sidelines of the Verkhovna Rada.

The parliamentarian expressed the opinion that there is a need to organize a civilized open land market in Ukraine. That the state should give people the opportunity to work in their own country in order to have confidence in today’s day, the future of their families and Ukraine as a whole. And in order to do this, we must create all the possibilities: “There is no infrastructure, and the price of land in a country that has military operations can not be marketable. People who work on land repeatedly turned to our party to prolong this moratorium. And by our decision we presented, first of all, the opinion of our voters. ”

Yuri Miroshnychenko stressed that Ukraine could choose one of two models for the development of the land market: American or European.

The People’s Deputy explained that in the case of creating a US model with a high concentration of resources, the result will be an increase in the cost of Ukrainian products in world markets and a decrease in domestic. But, at the same time, this will reduce the number of jobs: “It will hit the social factor – people in the villages will not stay.”

“The European model involves small-scale production that provides employment for the population. But people are forced to defend their market, otherwise they will be noncompetitive. The path that Ukraine will move is a matter of political consensus. Not yet. For future development, we must first define our priorities “, – summed up Yuri Miroshnychenko.
